1. Your Responsibilities:

  2. Be honest: Provide accurate information and don't try to deceive anyone.
  3. Be respectful: Treat others with kindness and respect.
  4. Be lawful: Follow the law and avoid posting any illegal or prohibited content.

2. Our Services:

  1. We provide you AreWeGood.fit services, as is.
  2. We might update or change our services from time to time, but we'll let you know.
  3. After registering an account, you can create a set of questions with preferred answers and collect responses to your questions in any format you choose by sharing personalized link(s).
  4. A detailed list of features available, based on the account type, can be found on the Select Account Plan page.

3. Data Security:

  1. Your personal data is safeguarded with an authorization key tied to your profile (when it's public) and response keys.
  2. Links to responses grant access to associated data for 30 days, unless deleted or your profile is hidden. After 30 days, responses are automatically deleted and cannot be accessed anymore.
  3. Paid account owners have the option to keep responses for up to 60 days, as long as this option is available in their plan.
  4. When you hide your profile, the authorization key becomes invalid, preventing access until you make it visible with a new authorization key.

4. Account Requirements:

  1. You can provide responses to questions without creating an account.
  2. Creating and publishing questions requires an account.
  3. To use our service, you’ll need any web browser with JavaScript enabled, such as Opera, Firefox, Vivaldi, Waterfox, Brave, Edge, Chrome, and others. For optimal performance, we also recommend enabling cookies.

5. Paid Accounts:

  1. If you opt for a paid account, you can cancel it within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
  2. To cancel at any time, simply visit the My Profile page for a quick and easy process.
  3. After 14 days, refunds are not applicable.
  4. Paid account owners have the option to keep responses for up to 60 days, as long as this option is available in their plan.

6. Account Deletion:

  1. You have the right to delete your account at any time. This action permanently removes your data from our servers, including your profile, questions, and received responses.

7. Liability:

  1. We strive to maintain data security, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection. While the authorization and response keys are designed to be highly secure, there's still a slim chance of unauthorized access.
  2. We're not responsible for any damages or losses you might experience while using our services.
  3. If you break the rules or cause harm to others, you'll be responsible for any consequences.

8. Termination:

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Complaints and Claims:

  1. You have the right to submit a complaint in any form, including through our profiles on LinkedIn or Facebook, or by mail.
  2. We will review complaints within 30 days, though we strive to address them as quickly as possible.
  3. If we do not respond to your complaint within 30 days, it will be considered accepted.
  4. In justified cases, the 30-day period may be extended, and we will inform you if this occurs.

These terms are governed by European Union & Poland's laws.
