Billing personal data entered during the payment process on third-party pages of our partners is stored for the proper accounting as obligated by the law at the systems of our partners, depending on the selected / available payment methods, to prevent fraud and unlawful use of the service. Any data provided on the third-party pages is covered by the corresponding privacy policy of our partners.

4. Use of Personal Data:

1. Your personal data will be used solely by this service, for customer support, billing, and maintenance. It will not be sold or marketed to any third-party vendor or service.

5. Profile Visibility:

1. Each time you make your profile public, a new public link will be generated. Anyone with the link will be able to see your questions and your profile.
2. As soon as you make your profile hidden, your profile link will become inactive, and no one can view or answer your questions.

6. Response Sharing:

1. When a responder answers your questions, a link will be generated for them. They can share the link with you so you can view their responses.
2. You don't need to provide any personal data to be able to share your responses with the author. It's optional.

7. Response Validity:

1. Each link with responses will be valid for 30 days. Authors of the questions with paid accounts can extend this period to 60 days, but no more.

8. Data Deletion:

1. After up to 60 days, your responses together with your personal data will be automatically deleted.

This policy is governed by European Union & Poland's laws.
