How to Delete My Data

1. If You Have Created an Account:

1. Easily delete your account by visiting the My Profile page.
2. Click the Delete Account button and confirm your decision.
3. Upon confirmation, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
4. Removing your account does not immediately delete personal data provided during the payment process, as we're obligated by the law to keep it for the proper accounting, money laundering prevention and fraud risk mitigations.

2. If You Have Provided Personal Data to the Author of the Questions:

1. Responses and any personal data will be automatically deleted within 30 days.
2. Subscribers on paid plans can extend this deletion period to 60 days, but no longer.
3. You can request the author to delete your responses along with your personal data.
4. In the near future, we will offer a feature allowing you to delete personal information linked to your responses directly.
